This furnace designed by the advantages of bell type furnace and pit type
furnace. It has the best convection and high sealing effect for bell type and a
low cost of pit Type furnaces. A cost down high quality will be a best option
for your company which increase your competitivity in the market.
BP Type annealing furnace could be not use protecting atmosphere gas and meet
decarburization standard (for AISI 1018.1022 only). Other steel such as medium
Carbon steel, high carbon steel and low alloy steel wires do need protecting
atmosphere has, NX and RX etc., We also made a diverse gas furnace to operate
with annealing furnace.
BP type annealing furnace has a high gas convection speed to transfer heat.
The higher furnace temperature will enhance a fast convection speed for heat.
This temperature accuracy will be in ±
5oC. An homogeneous metallgraphic structure of
annealing material will get an even hardness and tensile strenght.
A PLC PROGRAM CONTROLLED LOGIC SYSTEM is adopted to the furnace control
system. It has ten programs. All the heating temperature. hold temperature and
cooling temperature will be automatically calculated by PID. This will make an
accurate temperature curve. A simple control system made operater easily
control to get a stable quality. Another special design for delayed power source
switch timer use peak power or without power loading. A SCR controls power. A
high quality and long life of flat-shaped heater is imported from swedish (KANTHAL).
A forced cooling fan system can easily control cooling rate for different
heating wires.
A heat insulation adopted high quality of ceramic fiber which can resist high
temperature good insulation and light weight. This fiber really saves a lot of
energy. The control box has a big cooling fan to cool down completely to make
sure a long life of control equipment.
